  • What is Swishr Courier and how does it work

    Swishr is an on-demand courier platform, we help private customers to complete their collections and delivery tasks and help local businesses deliver.


    We also work with restaurants and business to provide cover for shifts with fixed hourly rate and per drop fee.


    Partner restaurants can list 'Shifts' for set periods or individual deliveries when they need delivery drivers. Drivers can then decide to apply for these Shifts based on their own schedules. Once chosen, drivers will be contracted and compensated by the restaurants for the specified hours in the Shift and for each delivery they fulfill.

  • What vehicle insurance do i require?



    All motorized vehicles must be insured for hire and reward with food delivery coverage. 


    Additional Goods in Transit cover may be necessary for orders other than food.


    Van courier partners must have Goods in Transit cover.


    Bicycle courier partners are exempt from insurance requirements.

  • How do I get paid?

    You are paid directly in your registered bank account.

  • How does contact free delivery work?

    Riders can safely pick up and deliver orders without having direct contact with restaurant staff or customers, ensuring everyone's safety.

  • What areas do you current operate in?

    We currently operate within the Chester and surrounding areas with expansion to more areas in the future.

  • How much can I earn on average

    Fully committed courier have the potential of earning upto £120 per day.

  • What is the minimum age to sign up with Swishr?

    The minimum age to partner with Swishr is 18 years old.

  • How long does onboarding take?

    You can start delivering and applying for shifts within a few minutes of signing up subject to approval of the relevant valid documents requested.

  • What type of vehicle can I use?

    It's entirely up to you to decide! You can opt to use your car, moped, bicycle, or van.

  • When do I get paid?

    With our courier app, you're in charge of your earnings. Feel empowered as you manage your income at any time that suits you. When you're ready to cash out, simply request a payout and expect the funds to arrive in your registered bank account within 24-48 hours (or sometimes instantly!). Keep in mind that fees may be applicable. 


    Generally we've automatically transfer your earnings transfers every Thursday for the previous week.
